3.2 Price & Currency

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free throughout the UK. The price you see at order is the price you pay at delivery.

3.3 Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

• You submit your order form
• Our team calls to confirm your details
• You confirm your order verbally

We reserve the right to decline any order.

3.4 Cancellation Before Dispatch

4. Payment

4.1 Payment on Delivery (COD)

NovaZenith is sold with payment due upon delivery. You pay the courier:

• In cash, or
• By debit/credit card via the courier's card reader

No prepayment is required. Your personal card details are never shared with us.

4.2 Non-Payment

If you refuse payment or cannot pay upon delivery, the courier may return the package and your order will be cancelled. You may be liable for return shipping costs.

Typical delivery times (from order confirmation):

• England: 2-3 working days
• Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland: 3-4 working days
• Remote areas: 4-5 working days

These are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or weather.
